Since Boxing Day, Apollo Voices has been appearing as the soundtrack for broadbandchoices.com’s TV advertising campaign. Currently the setting for the “Hallelujah” (“Broadband Choices”) chorus is a pub, using actors to lipsync with the recording and later in the year a different scenario will appear; watch this space. The sessions were quite tricky in that we instructed not to sound like a professional choir but with years of collective training we managed and the client was delighted. -
Barbican Cinema 1: ScreenTalk with Harry Gregson-Williams: February 27th, 7pm
We are delighted to be taking part in this talk given by Harry. In addition to the many stories, there will be film clips and some live performances of extracts of his work where Harry will be accompanied by Apollo Voices and renowned electric violinist Hugh Marsh, as he plays extracts from such scores as Veronica Guerin, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, Unstoppable and Kingdom of Heaven.
